Este modelo es el tercero de una serie de buques argentinos impresos en 3D. Se trata de la corbeta clase Meko 140 ARA Gómez Roca, última de su tipo en entrar en servicio en la Armada Argentina. El armado resultó similar a lo hecho con los modelos del ARA Sarandí y ARA Drummond, todos del mismo fabricante, con buena impresión y calidad de detalles en general. Por su parte, lo mejoré con fotograbados genéricos, como así también adaptando sobrantes de otros sets. Esta vez elegí realizar un pequeño diorama donde represento a la corbeta amarrada en un sector de la Base Naval de Mar del Plata. Además decidí agregar otro buque a la escena, el ARA Punta Mogotes, patrullera clase Point construída totalmente en scratch, al igual que toda la escenografía. Las figuras en fotograbados son de Tom's Modelworks. Los autos son de impresión 3D de "El Ogro" igualmente que las pinturas poliuretánicas para modelismo. Finalmente los desgastes, como siempre, los realicé con óleos.

This model is the third in a series of 3D printed Argentine ships. This is the Meko 140 class corvette ARA Gómez Roca, the last of its type to enter service in the Argentine Navy. The assembly was similar to what was done with the ARA Sarandí and ARA Drummond models, from the same manufacturer, with a good print and quality of details in general. At the same time, I improved it with generic photo-etched parts, as well as adapting leftovers from other sets. This time I chose to make a small diorama where I represent the corvette moored in a sector of the Mar del Plata Naval Base. I also decided to add another ship to the scene, the ARA Punta Mogotes, a Point class patrol boat built entirely in scratch, like all the scenery. The photo-etched figures are from Tom's Modelworks. The cars are 3D printed from "El Ogro" as same as the polyurethane paints for modeling. Finally the weathering, as always, was done with oil paints.
